Peter Willis: funeral held Aug 28 at St Andrews

Peter Willis went home on August 24, 2013. He is survived by his wife Susan, sister Peggy, and sons; Richard and Paul.

"You are blessed beyond measure. You've given of your self in Hospice Care for so many years and have been graced with the love of the companions in ministry at the very Hospice you've worked in for seventeen years."

God bless Peter with an inward peace and a quiet entry into heaven. May he be blessed beyond words with the love and affection of his family and friends as he comes into the nearer presence of Jesus. Amen.

James Cappleman Peter was certainly a saint among us. Prayers of peace and comfort for Susan and her family.

Samuel Credle I have many fond memories of Peter. We lived in household at Woodside. We laughed, ate, prayed, argued, fasted and worshiped together. You are missed but I look forward to our next meeting.

George Ellis Mims Peter lived with us when Sarah was born some 40 years ago. Peter and Leslie were deeply involved in the Ranch Ministry in the summers.

Ellen Clowe Wood Peter and Susan both lived in our household for a time as well - before they were married!

Betsy Carroll I lived with them both and spent summers at the ranch...both of them are dear people!

Paul Frey So sorry. Much love to Susan and all else. 1 John 3:2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

Joyce Wheeler Feeling overwhelmed with grief; Susan and family, our prayers for peace and to be surrounded with God's people and God's peace. Peter was a very special person; he is missed.

Nan Pagano Credle That old friends who were able, traveled to attend Peter's service, and so very many of us who couldn't make it have weighed in with prayers and expressions of our love & high regard, is a tribute to how Peter lived his life. Lord, bless Susan, Richard, Paul and their families with peace that passed understanding. As for Peter, we can't wait to see you again!
