Monica: So wish we could've been there. Your family has
been special to Paul and I for years. Jack was a wonderful,
Godly man who we loved much. You are in our prayers.
Bev: Chey just texted me saying she's crying cause this
just hit her and she's missing him. I know she's going to be ok,
but I hope I was able to calm her more. Kelly: Beverly, tell Chey that it is ok to cry. It is ok
to miss someone. Please let her know that she is loved by many
people. GOD is right there for all of us. Dad certainly would've
have let her know that. He is at home now where he belongs. We
shall see him again one day..... Just like we will see your Dad.
Bev: I did let her know it's ok for her to miss someone
and be sad. I called her and she was ok after talking. I
let her know that he's with all the other family members who we
lost. She calmed down and went to sleep.
Karen: I heard it was just wonderful Kelly. I am soooo
sorry that we could not be there. But we are so thankful that
your mom was so supported. Kelly: Karen, I love you dearly sista!! You and Tony have
been so wonderful to this family through all of our ups and
downs. I felt your prayers and support!!
Janie: It was wonderful, I really got a kick out of all
the stories shared of your dad and I loved how your mom shared
with everyone how the two of them met. Kelly: I know!! I did not even know about the poem that my
Dad wrote to her. (???) He absolutely loved my mom. Janie: He sure did love her- very romantic!
Tami: I feel for your loss ....
I lost my grandmother (the
one I was raised with) in July , my first BIG loss as an adult
and I didn't think I could make it ... but I thank God for every
kind , compassionate word that I was given , and also for the
prayers that finally got me living again .. I'm still fragile,
but everyday I get stronger . I will continue to pray for you
and your family ... LOVE YA ! Kelly: Thank you very much, Tami!
Debbie: He love ya dearly - still praying
Bev: I know he's so much
better. When I saw him at dinner around mine and Mike's
birthday, he was good. I know he was very sick off and on, but
now he will never be sick again. ... I will be sitting the kids
down tonight and letting them know that he's is in Heaven
watching over everyone.
Sharron: Jack was one of a
kind. He engineered at NASA for so many years and carried a
wealth of knowledge about so many things. He had a funny sense
of humor and was a delight to be around. Heavens gates are open
to a wonderful resident today. Jack Wilterding, gone but not
forgotten.
Debbie: Into your
hands, O merciful Savior, we commend your servant Jack.
Acknowledge, we humbly beseech you, a sheep of your own fold, a
lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming. Receive
him into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of
everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints
in light. Amen.
May his soul and the souls of all the departed, through the
mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Kelly: Thank you so much, Debbie. That is a beautiful
prayer!!

the front doors of Redeemer over the years, I am sure it would
number in the tens of thousands. I know he is greeted with great
joy in heaven!
